About Micah Groberman

I consider myself very fortunate to have been born and raised in Vancouver, BC, and to have called beautiful Steveston Village home for many years, raising our two children here. Surrounded by the Coast Mountains, the Pacific Ocean and the incredible nature and wildlife that we’re lucky to have in our backyard, I’ve been fascinated by the beauty of our planet for as long as I can remember. From watching too many episodes of ‘Marty Stouffer’s Wild America’ as a kid and reading our monthly issues of National Geographic Magazine, that fascination has stayed with me. There’s nothing I enjoy more than setting out with my camera in hand, searching for unique moments in nature and creating photos that capture the beauty I find along the way. Photography inspires me to slow down and appreciate the natural world around us, and I hope my work is a reflection of that inspiration.
